Shipment Policy

4, By train
It means shipped by train, and door to door shipping with custom clearance and tariff service available,and at the end dispatched at a local delivery company such as DHL/UPS/FEDEX/USPS/DPD/CDEK...etc
Normally Train shipment works for EU countries and UK as well as Russia, shipping time is 30-45 days

Shipped by sea/ air, normally it requires buyer to pay the tariff
To Mexico
It could be shipped by express/ sea.
To South Korea
Shipped by sea, and shipping time is 2-5 days, door to door shipment available, but it requires buyer to have the license of sex toy importation and pay the tariff.
To UAE/Turkey/Indonesia
Small parcels is ok. Full body sex dolls are NOT allowed because it comes with high risks.
To India /Philippines
Only mass order shipment accepted, small order not accepted.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
